Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Access Control Overview

Radio Frequency ID tags are passive devices which operate on either 125KHz and 13.56 MHz. The energy emitted by the Tag reader is absorbed by the Tag and then used to either down load the ID data or write new data to the Tag.
